Herndon Inge III

Herndon holds an A. B. degree in English from the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee, awarded in 1971, and a J. D. degree from Cumberland School of Law awarded in 1974. He is an experienced lecturer who has taught Family Law and Civil Law courses at Spring Hill College and at the University of South Alabama. He has been a frequent speaker for CLE programs on Family Law for the Family Law Sections of the Alabama State Bar as well as the American Bar Assocation. He has published articles in the Alabama Lawyer, the ABA's the Compleat Lawyer, the ABA's Child Support Prosecutor's Journal, Fair$hare, the Tennessee Family Lawyer and the Alabama Family Lawyer on various aspects of Family Law. He served as Chairman, Member of the Executive Commitee and as Newsletter Editor of the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, and has been a fellow in The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1988.

Mary E. Stauffer, Paralegal, Office Assistant

Mary holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Faulkner State Community College, Bay Minette, Alabama, awarded in 2004. She has been a legal secretary for 15 years and legal assistant/paralegal for 10 years. She is a member of the Alabama Association of Paralegals, Inc. She resides on the Eastern Shore in Baldwin County, Alabama, where she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, son-in-law and three grandchildren. Hobbies include Zydeco dance class; Creole Cuisine; Genealogy research and traveling.
